Home Inspection $500*
We will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist. Our buyer’s home inspections include a comprehensive report noting all issues and support from your home inspector.
Tankless Water Heater Annual Flushing/de-scaling Service $49.99
Your home’s water is sourced from the Floridan Aquifer deep underground, sandwiched within limestone rock. The limestone leaches minerals like calcium & magnesium into the water which then run through your water heater where they stick to the inside walls of the heating chamber. Four Point Inspection $400*

Wind Mitigation Inspection $300*

Energy Audits $250*

Infrared Thermography $300*
A thermal camera is used to capture temperature images of a home’s surfaces, which is otherwise invisible to the naked eye. Thermal scans are a non-disruptive method of scanning a surface to find potential problems like heat escaping through cracks & crevices, frigid incoming air, or moisture that may be leaking inside.
Well water testing $300*
Find out if your water is safe and free from bacteria through our water quality testing service. Water quality testing involves analyzing a water sample to determine the presence and concentration of various chemical, physical, and biological characteristics. These characteristics can include things like pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and the presence of contaminants such as heavy metals or pathogens.

Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) $5600*
We will assess a commercial property/site for it’s historical usage and previous environmental impact, determine whether contamination issues are of concern to a potential buyer, the future use options for said property, coordinate with government remedial action sources/grants, offer contamination remedies, develop action plans, and implement best practices put forth by our Environmental Professional team. ESAs are highly specialized and are categorized as Phase I, II, & III depending on the level of assessment and remedial actions contracted.
